Dennis Yousif is the Director of Aventus Built, bringing over 20 years of experience across residential construction, project delivery, and engineering-led building practices. Holding a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (BEng), Dennis combines technical expertise with hands-on construction knowledge to deliver high-quality bespoke homes with precision and efficiency.

Throughout his career, Dennis has worked extensively across Australia interstate as well as throughout North America, gaining valuable exposure to international construction standards, advanced building methodologies, and large-scale project coordination. This global experience has shaped the streamlined and highly organised approach that defines Aventus Built today.

Dennis founded Aventus Built with a clear vision — to simplify the building process while maintaining uncompromising quality and craftsmanship. By integrating engineering understanding with practical site experience, he is able to foresee challenges early, improve build efficiency, and guide projects from concept through to completion with confidence and clarity.

Known for his detail-oriented approach and strong client relationships, Dennis works closely with homeowners, architects, and designers to ensure every project reflects both architectural intent and functional living.
